With a new album coming out October 18th, Brown Bird is sure to be my personal play list for the autumn months. Their deep dark lyrics with folksy, homey and rich beats is as warm and enveloping as my favorite black cashmere sweater - and I can't wait to have the two together! I even think I'll spring for a vinyl LP of Salt for Salt - just feels right. Enjoy the first single, Fingers to the Bone, off their new album here.
