weekend wonders | wedding edition

dan and alyssa got hitched this weekend and it was wonderful! such an amazing time to spend with family, laughing, eating, laughing, dancing, celebrating! congrats to the two love birds, may you be best of friends for life xoxoxo

- not a bad view for a reception and a plate of food too big to finish..maybe...

- pretty bridesmaids with their transplant pa cousin

- my favorite flower child aka niece ella

- officially deemed "the christin" rocked this bombshell black number by susan golembiski designs, with a bit of boho styling from the bestie ADZ

- photobooth fun with the great aunt and uncle

- pizza and salad from BAR was the perfect way to end the wedding day

- slow sunday morning breakfast with the fam: coffee, mini quiches and five kinds of hot sauce. duh. 

What I Wore | Ice Age: Continental Drift Screening

Dressing for New York, on any occasion, always sends me into a tailspin (and I'm a seasoned packer). It's this impossible combination of trying to look absolutely fabulous while not actually looking like you tried, in the least. Luckily for me my bff, the ever aamazing Amanda, was born with serious styling capabilities and has a sweet job at the sparkly Sorrelli. I must admit I think this was her best work yet - I was comfortable, glamorous and confident; all things New York.

Sneak peak of the wedding ensemble from this past weekend. Oh side profile, you and I have got to find a way to get along. Other than that...I don't have too many complaints. Easy- peasy, breezy wedding :)
