i'm a day late so imma give you TWO things - plus my birthday is a mere few days away..sort of.

i think i can't live without either one of these items. 

high five

a day late, BUT we were busy celebrating the big  f i v e  with red balloons, rock climbing and brownies and "milkboxes". i can't believe my little cooper is five! the first one to make me a proud auntie will always be a favorite, and he's pretty much got my heart for that. wishing you all things wonderful cooper dude - we love you!

weekend wonders

it was a beautiful weekend and i ran my ass off. it was wonderful. i did manage to catch some of sunday on the iphone though...spent a few hours with the linder's: donuts, babies and sunshine. ended the evening with a visit to the young men's democratic club on 11th street...yes, it was awesome.

friday fuel

i went for a run.

i wrote about three posts and deleted them all. i mean, what is there really to say...this one hit home. the week has been spent spending extra time on the trails and with running friends as we reflect and run on. we will overcome; just like we overcome the miles, the fatigue, the voice that says we can't, the pain that says stop. we will go for a run.
