In honor of my quickly approaching annual family trip to Rehoboth Beach, I would like to take a moment to pay homage to the Tallia family. Fourteen years ago this coming Saturday our families met, beach house next to beach house, and have been life long friends ever since (even if we do only see each other once a year). Stay tuned for an updated group photo and lots more sunshine-y posts from the seashore.

I am SUPER late to the party on this one, but I have the biggest crush on Willie Nelson as of late. His crooning is always appropriate to have playing in the background for any occassion (well, almost any occasion). So pick your posion, any and all of it is good, and just hit play! And yeehaw! can we talk about his style...would love to raid his closet!

There's nothing better than showing up to an event dressed in your brightest duds only to find your most dapper, dashing and devilishly handsome gentleman friend doing the same. Our shoes did the walking and decided the pants were too perfect together not to take them on an impromptu dinner date.

The boys are back in town (literally tomorrow at the Mann). Perfectly coinciding with Tune in Tuesday, Dawes has released their sophomore album "Nothing is Wrong". And you know what, I can't find one thing wrong with it.

There's gonna be Soul Shakedown party this evening at the Brass Lantern, where I will experience (in my very own hometown of Reading) two of the Original Wailers bringing me fresh roots, rock and reggae this evening. Bless up!
